dairyman
I've got a 14 ft lund on a bunk trailer now---------I need a different trailer my back can't take it any more. Looking toward a roller trailer but don't really know which size will fit my boat. Any help would be appreciated
Matt C
The shorelandr HSOforum has all the info in the world listed regarding boat size, weight, etc.

cabin boy
Try lubricating your bunks with silicone (not wd-40, I use a whole can on my bunks) I have a 1750 Crestliner with a bunk trailer and mine slides off by itself and goes back on easily. Worth a try dude!

BoxMN
The big C store has plastic "slides" that you just screw down on top of the carpet. THey are inexpensive and totally makes a smaller boat just slide right off the bunks. You might want to try them before going to the expense of getting a new trailer. Works great on our 16' alumacraft, though our trailer is half bunk and half roller, but we added it anyway instead of recarpetting and noticed the boat is like it is ALL rollers now. dairyman
thanks for the ideas guys----actually my trailer has a set of roller bunks,I think I'll try and get a set of bunk style guide-ons and hopefully that will do the trick and help center up the boat better
