Anyone hit that up last night. I didn't make it. Always a great show. On a bit of a sidenote, for you guys that really follow racing, you may know the name Steve Arpin. He had the pole in the truck race the other night. Deer creek was his home track. Just a little local connection I thought I would mention.

I went to both Spencer and Deer Creek. Both were tremmendous shows.

At Spencer, Dollansky, Swindell, Schatz was top 3.

At Deer Creek, Steve Kinser won, followed by Schatz and then Dollansky I believe.

The ability to "farm" the track at Deer Creek is amazing, although I think again, like years past, the WoO guys didnt like them messing with the track after they qualified on it. I agree. It didnt need to be done. Did it affect the show? Probably not.

Wind blowing in. Im gonna be picking dirt out of some nether regions for a couple days. eek..

Dirt track racing at its finest!

didnt attend deer creek but could hear them qaulifing from my deer stand 10 miles away.

Funny! I used to hunt about a mile from the speedway and about 5 years ago the noise helped me shoot a 12 pointer. I missed the first shot but with the roar of the engines he didn't know what was going on and I got another shot!
