Iceman12
I have a St.Croix ultra lite and it is a great rod for panfishing. I also like to use it for some eye's and have a good time with them. Guest
IceHawk, have you taken a look at the panfish rods I have on my site. They are handmade 1 at a time with a lifetime on the blank. Can't beat that for the price.------------------Jim Reedwww.countrykatfishing.com
Scott Steil
I have not checked out Countrkat's panfish rods but the one I use is a G Loomis 4'6". It is a sweet little unit and the price if not to bad. It is one of those rods that once you use it you have to have one.

Guest
I like a longer 7 foot one piece light action rod with a fast action for open water panfishing. The longer rod gives me better casting control to hit pockets in the weeds and also offers me better hook-sets. Its hard to find a 7 foot one piece light action but i'm sure countrykat could spin one out?------------------Mille Lacs Guide Service 651-271-5459www.millelacsguideservice.comclick here
Adam Adler
Another nice panfish rod is the St. Croix Premier 4'6" UL Moderate action. It runs about $50 or $60 and is extremly sensitive compared to most ultra-light rods. A lot of panfish rods you could just as easily fish with a Willow branch. Guest
I don't have any 7' 1 pice rods listed on my site, but there are a few to choose from. Email me if you have any question on these blanks.------------------Jim Reedwww.countrykatfishing.com
