Trying to find the right boat

Ive been looking for a nice used boat for this whole summer pretty much and just cant get my hands on what im looking for I think I might have found one now thats about right in my price range which is very low at 2000 and under. Its a 1988 Alumacraft Trophy with a 1988 88HP Johnson motor. Wondering if anyone has comments or anything about this set up can try to post a picture and hope I can hear some feed back soon.

Looks like it's in good shape, make sure the floor is firm. I think

those Johnson 88's were a kind of commercial version, just a basic

no frills engine. It'll probably be fond of gas but I think they were

a good motor. Nothing wrong with Alumacraft either.

Good price, I sold my 83 Trophy with a 93 70hp on it last year for $3600 and it wasn't in bad shape but did need some TLC...

that is a good price. that johnson motor is a great motor. as long as you have even compression amongst the cylinders, you are good to go. everything else is easy to fix.
