Which websites do you subscribe to for email/browsing/antivirus? The only one I've subscribed to is IO bit antivirus. I use the free stuff for yahoo/hotmail. Is there a good benefit to subscribe to yahoo/hotmail? Is hotmail with their messenger service better than yahoo or vice versa? I don't use my isp for email because for a while I was changing often so I stuck with yahoo/hotmail.

Email is email pretty much. I use Yahoo and Gmail. Not sure why you would need to subscribe to any HSOforum for web browsing or anti-virus? Not sure what you are talking about there?

If you are looking for a free antivirus try Microsoft Security Essentials.

I guess I was wondering if there's an advantage to subscribe to particular emailing provider instead of using their free version. It seems like you can do more?

I think Yahoo is the only one that provides a fee based email. I think you get rid of ads and they allow you to get your email via a POP client. Google and Hotmail/Live allow you to get mail with a IMAP/POP client for free, but you will get some small ads.

Not to start a new topic, my wifes windows live/hotmail account shows up when I log into my windows live mail. Along the left column it has my account with inbox etc., then below that is her hotmail account. How did this happen and how can I fix it so they are kept separate?
