Walleye...Perch...

I just recently moved to Minnesota and got a place right on a lake. Been out fishing quite a bit and I am finding out what fish are here. There are pike, nice bass, and crappie. Have also caught a couple perch.

Now...my question is, if you have perch in a lake, would you have walleye too?

I am really hoping there are eyes here but havent had the chance to get any yet.

Check your lake out here for info about fish present. They'll also likely be a lake map available to print out.

One nice thing about Mn, plenty of lakes to fish! The versatility of Mn. as well as the fine fishing makes it tough to beat. Good luck, can it be luck?

Rented a house.

Had no clue what was in the lake. Wasnt all that concerned with all the lakes around to fish in. Much nicer just walking down to the dock, hopping into the boat and heading out.

I checked the DNR site. According to them, there are perch but no walleye. Oh well...guess I'll have to keep hammering the bass and pike then.
