I'm hoping someone can answer a couple of questions for me regarding the fall hunt. I was drawn for the spring hunt but was unable to hunt due to an unexpected surgery. What I was wondering is:

1.) Am I able to apply for the Fall season and have a chance at getting drawn?

2.) If I am drawn, does it affect my chances for the spring hunt?

3.) The possession is only one turkey I know, but is that a Calender year, or from spring to spring, or fall to fall season?

The spring and fall hunts are two enirely different seasons and have nothing to do with each other. Preference for one has no bearing with preference for the other. One turkey allowed "per season", not per year, again not an issue between the spring and fall seasons.

DonBo, thanks for the info. Now all I need is to have the state start up again, and I'll get my fall app. in. That's good to know also about the per season, not per year. I always thought it was one turkey per year, guess I'd better read my regs a little closer.
