Anyone else check it out last night on TNT? I liked it, only wished that it would have opened with the actual invasion. Seems cool enough for me to set the DVR to record it all

I watched it too and shared the same feeling about the opening. If you're at all geeky, it's definitely a worth-while show. I'm actually looking forward to see how the story develops.

Normally this sort of show would be right up my alley but for some reason it just didn't hold my attention. Hopefully things will pick up.

last nights wasn't too bad with some sub-plots kicking in. Although you gotta love the fact that while the aliens are advanced and taken over earth, they have no ability to recognize people crouching behind walls or hiding on a roof in a ditch two feet away, and don't get me started on their aim.

Last weeks seemed to have a slip up, when Noah Wyle had the prisoner, he is walking him to the jail, the camera seemed to move ahead where that female was standing and the prisoner has disappeared....i imagine it was to be a jump cut there but still, seemed kind of funny

It's alright, but kinda cheesy. Special effects are kinda weak and why can't the aliens see a huge group of people walking in mid day with their ships flying all around.

Glad to see Dr. Carter find a new role. I'll keep watching though, it's interesting and they can go in multiple directions.
