Best time/weather for carp

just wondering what the ideal time for bow fishing is. I'm getting started so I'm trying to learn everything I can

Best is "warm" days when the sun is shining, calm water, around spawning time. the fish are absolutely dumb then. otherwise, its about finding them sunning or feeding on bugs in shallow enough water to shoot. Night time can be great too if you are rigged to do it.
