Crossing the river with a scent drag

Have to get an alternative site going this year in my 80 to keep an option open if my relatives decide to come an do some trail an stand work, an of course the only tiem they seem to show up is in august, an yes ive tried to talk to them about it,. So having a site ready to go on the ooposite end of the property is my only solutions,not a big deal, ive done drags to other relocated sites, an no problem. an yes registered them ect. ect. but this time if i do i gota cross the river. about forty to fifty yrds wide. figured i drag right up to edge of the bank, cross the river, then really scent up the bank on the opposite side or hang a scent bag too an continue to the new site. Anyone else scent draG across a river. Oh yea i do realize the scent drag dont work in moving water boar
