Bullheads

That's kind of what I was thinking. Do you think they'd last a day or two in a bucket without an aerator? I just don't want a bunch of dead bullies stinking up my garage when I get home from out of town on Saturday night.

With warmer weather, they probably won't last very long in a hot garage, especially without an aerator. They'd be fine in a basement without an aerator for a fay or two depending on how many of em' are in that 5 gallon bucket.

The key is to keep them cool. If the water gets warm they will die off. I would also keep air on them at all times...you can get an AC plug in air pump from Walmart or any other store for pretty cheap, that way you won't waste all your battery life from a portable aerator.
