Been a while

Got one of my new Musky rods wet for the first time on the river and had a great time.....been a while since I have had action on the river and it really brought back all of the fun.....got 6 channel cats (biggest around 10 pounds) Maybe now that the rod has been blessed by something that bites I will get on a Ski or two.....I do love the fact that all I need to catfish is a decent rod, release equipment and a box of hooks and weights.....there is not 5 lakewood boxes surrounding me and no decision on what bait to throw.... Good day for sure!

Glad to hear the cats are still there. I was down the other day and didn't see a thing, river was really rocking though. Getting ready for a garage sale and I found a few muskie baits if you're interested

has anybody ever tried something like a bulldawg for flats? That sounds like it might be the fish of 10000 snags but it would be awesome.
