Co-Pilot Remote Mounting

Eelpout08

Question

I just picked up a Co-Pilot system for my Powerdrive but it only came with the wrist strap on the remote, i have seen the brackets that mount it on a fishing rod, but cant seem to find a place to buy them. maybe they dont make them anymore? Does anyone know where i can find some, i think it would be very handy to have it on the rod you are fishing with vs. on your wrist.

I use to mount it to my pole also. When I lost my pole over the side of the boat 2 years ago that all changed. Now it's hung around my neck if I lose it now I will be in the lake with it.

You make a very good point, that is something i did not think about. Strapping it to my left wrist(right handed) worked great except when we started casting, then it would be nice to adjust direction without stopping my retreive. I guess it will just take a little more getting used to. I will say after one day on the water with it I already like it 10x better then the food pedal.
