Gander has a nice plastic (screw-in) plug that I put into mine. Nice and cheap, but works. About $6. You just need a 1" drill bit, some SS bolts and maybe some silicone. Good luck!

I also suggest the one box recommends. They are similar to what Crestliner uses. Another

plus is, if you forget to screw in the plug, the suction will draw it in so you don't take on to much water. ( And I have forgotten to many times so I know first hand. ) blush
