wart on dogs front paw

I just found a wart on my labs front paw...he has a vet appointment anyway next thursday for his worm shots, but is there anything I can do to take care of this wart so they wont charge me an arm and a leg.

my lab has a wart on top of his head and my vet wont take it off he said it will cost me to much for what its worth, he did say though that if it were in a place where he could and did scratch or bite at it or if it became bigger he would remove it. i hope somebody has a good way to get them off i would love to remove the one on top of my labs head!!

My lab got some sort of a thing that had strawberry in the name and that's what it looked like. It was between to toes. It broke before the vet got to it and it bled like crazy. The vet had to cut it off and it put the dog out of commission for 10 days. I don't think that whatever it was is something that is a DIY. Don't know if that's what you have but FYI.
