Nathansdad
I took Thursday/Friday off work so I can spend 4 days staining the house this weekend. Sounds like temps in the 30's to low 50's. Is this too cold to apply the stain? My time is limited prior to opener and once opener hits my priorities change:)
cavalierowner
The only way to know is to read the directions on the cans. It will tell you what the application temperatures should be. Personally, as much time and cost as there is to doing a house, I wouldn't push it. The last thing you want is a failure of the paint.
Surface Tension
As said check the recommended temp on the can. Some go as low as 35 degrees. Dew point matters.Last thing you want is to wake up in the morning and your walls are wet from dew or worse yet frost.I checked your forecast and you have a chance of rain Thurs and Fri.That would be enough for me to wait.
