minnkota v terrova ???????

Buddy has a power drive w i-pilot 24v 70# 54 in shaft...he will sell me used...What is the Diff in the same system but in terrova? Buy new terrova or his used?...going on a 17ft lund 1700 if it matters..pros /cons. Etx

Terrova you can use either remote or foot pedal. PD V2 you can only use remote.

I can trade him my 12v 55# and 250 cash for it though...new terrova n I pilot 1500.00..is not being able to use the footpedal worth the extra coin???

Price is right, I would be concerned about the 54" shaft though not being enough. To me well worth the added cost of the Terrova for the use of the pedal in case something happens to the remote.

Give Dave at Pro fishing supply a call betting he can easily beat that $1500 cost.

Just buy it. You can always sell it later if you want. They are hard to come by used.

that was my only concern was the 54 inch shaft being too short in waves etc..but for the trade and cash i can still come out just fine on it at a later date if i have to sell and upgrade. ..so will prob do it
