hello everyone, i'm trying to host a trout fishing clinic for a family event, and my question is, does anyone know where i can buy live trouts. i tried googling up some farms, i've tried email and calling but they keep on saying they cant sell live trout. i dont need that many, just a few.

contact the DNR and ask them... it's illegal to transport certain species of fish.. and i know you need special permits to put them in other bodies of water.. so for 100% verification call the DNR.. no one here can give you a solid answer to this

Maybe you can just go to one of their fish farms and hold your clinic in their ponds. Some of them use to let people do that. TroutAir was fun for the kids when they were really little before it closed.
