Just curious on what some of you fellow elk hunters have done with the ivory over the years? I have a friend who is a jeweler that wants to make me a ring. Not big on jewelry but the rings do look pretty cool. Just wondered what others have done with them.

I've seen a few like that before. I'd say go for it if its something you'll wear. Good conversation starter. If it will just sit in a drawer, skip it. Price of gold is way up, which wont help, even if it is your buddy that makes it.
