I was planning on buying some Bass Pro Shops XPS florocarbon #17, but I've read some folks are hearing good things about Vicious Florocarbon. Would you guys suggest the Vicious "Pro Elite" or regular Florocarbon? The only thing I know about Vicious are the entertaining commercials with Gerald Swindle rappin and rhymin...

If you plan on putting it on a spinning reel, I would buy the BPS flouro. Original Viscious is pretty stiff, havn't tried the elite. I also find Swindle to be quite annoying with his rap style persona. More reason to not use Viscious...

I've used BPS fluorocarbon line for the past 3 years and like it. I have split my line purchase between BPS and Vicious line this year, as I am hearing really good things about this new line.
