Stunted fish

I like both of your ideas. I read in a private management forum , where guys can manage their own private ponds, that they like to catch tiny bluegills and clip their fins so the large bass can eat them easier. There are probably some lakes that there should be no limit on smaller fish

If you want aggressive harvest of small fish (which I think would be a good idea on some lakes), why not import in a few dozen six pound pike?

From what I've read large bass would be better. Pike prefer more torpedo shaped fish like perch. A few big pike couldn't hurt though.

Work with a cat or dog food company and come up with a way to aggressively harvest a couple of lakes for small bluegill/crappie

These are ideas similar to mine before I read that DNR stance on sunfish, (thanks RD for posting that) you guys should take 5 min to check that out.
