yeah that is sad that he didn't get in but Duncan and Gasol get in? To me Love and Randolph deserve those spots but they aren't as big of names as Duncan and Gasol......hopefully Stern will make the right decision and have Love replace Yao on the squad!

Well, when Love sets the NBA record for consecutive double doubles in two games and with his current run of 20-20's, I think LeMarcus Aldridge will better understand. If K. Love was in Portland and LeMarcus was here, Portland would have more wins and Minnesota would have fewer.

Yeah Love's chasing the longests DD streak since the ABA/NBA merger. I don't think anyone will ever touch Chamberlain's streak of 273 or whatever it is, but that's really apples to oranges since there were only a couple legit big men in the league at that time.

What Love is doing is ridiculous, especially since he's not the kind of player who always looks for his own shot. His points come in the flow of the game, from inside and from 3...he's a great passer, a great rebounder, and it seems like he's growing into a team leader.

yeah I think Wilt had 257 consecutive double doubles but even Wilt would have trouble getting a double double every night in todays NBA....to be honest I think Wilt was like todays atheletes playing in yester years games.....basically if Dwight Howard went back to play in the 50's and 60's he would have been just as dominant...I mean Wilt averaged 50+pts and 20+ rebounds a game for a whole season!!! He would not come close to doing that in todays NBA.........

Wilt was a 7 foot and athletic black dude playing against a bunch of 6'6" white guys with pot bellies that smoked cigarettes at halftime. That he didn't get a double double in every career game is astonishing. Anybody here read "The Book of Basketball" by Bill Simmons? Pretty interesting chapter on Wilt that was built up from reading nearly every book written about Wilt or the NBA at the time. He was a character.

Love's been fun to watch, as have the wolves, but it's time to pick it up a notch and get some wins.

I am glad they aren't actually winning now as they get more ping pong balls and maybe the NBA will give us a bone after all these years!!! oh wait a big market like Detroit is towrds the bottom of the league they will get the first but maybe we can get the second pick........ The only thing that sucks is the draft doesn't have any big names that are shoe in's for being good/great....

I personnally think the whole NBA is a scam but I still love to watch the Wolves for some odd reason.........It will be funny in 20-30 years from now report will come out with all the scams the NBA and David Stern had going on back in the early 2000's comes out........
