Wall mount heater issues

Dad has a Dyna-Glo wall mount heater in his perm house and he said the main burner is plugged. He is looking for a replacement but has no manual for the thing anymore. The model is RMC 40 LPT. Has anyone had luck cleaning one of these burners before? Or would any of you know a service center in the Twin Cities that might be able to help him out? He'd sure like to try to fix the thing rather than drop $200 for a new one. We've tried cust service and from GHP Group Inc. and they can't find him a manual or any parts list for his model.

Any asst is appreciated. Thanks!

worked with a lot of propane this year at work and learned something new I thought I would share.... If you use any rubber hose with you propane set up, for your furnaces and stoves etc. Be sure to put an in line filter in, the propane degrades the rubber and can plug furnaces etc. and make them completely useless. Just some info someone in the trade shared with me and I thought I would pass it on.

I would take it apart and you should be able to blow it out with compressed air or some other method. at this point it really cant hurt. If it is not working because of build up in the burner you should be able to get it going with a good cleaning. Just dont use compressed air in the gas valve.
