If I have a Lowrance Elite 5 with GPS on my boat and I have a Garmin Oregon 450T handheld GPS. Can I use the same Lakemaster chip for both? I was told when I bought the Garmin it would not be an issue, both should except same chip. After reading into it looks like I would need to buy a Lakemaster Garmin version chip. Is there a way around this without having to buy chips of the same thing for each GPS? If not, does anyone have any good recomendations of newer versions of Lowrance handheld GPS? Have not seen many good reviews. My last handheld I am replacing was a Lowrance H20.

We went to the flats too. I dipped a tire on the rental car onto it just to say I’ve been there, but it was still pretty soft from winter melt. After seeing some moron in a BMW suv get dragged out of the muck I had no intention of repeating his stupidity.
