So my daughter missed a deer during the regular firearms season and I did not get her a muzzle loader license yet. I found a place that has been pretty consistant on antlerless sightings and from what I read regarding the youth license she should be able to shoot an anterless deer in a lottery zone without a doe permit. Am I reading that correctly? I have one day this weekend to take her and I am wondering if shooting an antlerless would be legal for her in the lottery zone and can I still get her a license? Please don't tell me to read the regulations I already did, just looking for little confirmation one way or the other.
