Im glad they got the guy ... Ike was a good man.

Not trying to start a controversy.. but 2nd Degree Murder?? This guy knew what he was going to do(pre-meditated).. 1st degree charge is what its going to take to put this guy away for good.

first-degree murder charges can only come from a grand jury, I believe. They initially charge with second degree, then take the case before a grand jury. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this is correct.
