Hi Mountain breakfast sausage

one thing about any seasoning you buy [i'm sure high mountain puts out a good product} you can always tinker with it the next time around. i use witts seasonings for my base and add for example for breakfast sausage, i would add more garlic, maby some hot pepper flakes, pre cooked crumbled bacon, onion flakes and anything you might like that pleases you. for breakfast sausage that 50/50 mix is good. good luck.

Well I made 20 pounds last night with the Hi Mountain original and not

really that impressed. Should have just made my own seasoning. We opened

the packets and it smelled like vicks vapor rub. Well lesson learned for

next time. Just wish I wouldn't have done some much. I'm sure it will

be fine for biscuits and gravy.
