You are correct sir. But the point wasn't whether or not the gas tanks were a bad deal, I wouldn't argue that. It was whether or not the media will blur the lines of journalistic integrity to sell a story. NBC couldn't get the tanks to explode from the impact alone so they rigged the trucks and didn't disclose that fact as part of the story. Seems the same with this gun issue.There may be a issue but I would guess it's not as big as what the press makes it out to be if at all.
