Dogtra battery replacement

Can I replace these myself? One of my units goes dead after 12 hours now,used to last 2 days for sure. It is about 5 years old so I can see it going bad but I don't want to send it away.

I took mine to the Game fair, same problem, they replaced both batteries for free, great C.S. if you ask me.
