I hunted Season A and was unable to harvest a buck with my main license. However I still have a bonus permit and I wanted to know if I can use it to harvest an antlerless deer in late Season B if I don't have a late season permit. Thanks for any help.

You can only hunt either the A or B season in the southeast. Not sure about 601. You would have to use the bonus tag during either ML season, or with Archery. If you don't already have a ML or Archery tag, you would have to buy a regular ML or Archery tag to do this.
