venison meat

Just a quick question for some of you guys...

I usually slice my roasts up to make jerky, anyway while freezing the roasts from this years hunt I found 1 roast in the freezer and a small bag of scrap that I usually grind up into burger....they accidently got burried and forgot about...is it still ok to make these into jerky/burger or should I have anyreason to worry about using them? Or do I dump them?

I am not one to waste meat so spare me the harassment, I process a lot of meat each year for a few of my family members that bring me deer and this is the first time I have forgotten some of it

I just want an opinion if processing this and re-freezing it to be eaten in the next few months is going to be ok.
