Outside Spigot Leaking

One of the outside spigots leaks unless you really crank on it. Do these have washers in them like faucets?

If you're talking about frost-proof there is a semi-cone shaped washer on the end of the shaft.

I don't know if it's frost-proof. I think it is original to the house which was built in the mid 1960s. I'll just open it up and see what I see.

just a bib washer. Grab a new screw while you are at it. They are brass and strip easy.
