Legal Shoot Time?

What is the end of legal shooting time? It is my understanding of sunset. Is this right?

1/2 hr. before sunrise, till 1/2 hr. after sunset for big game. Clearly stated in the regs or can be found on the dnr HSOforum.

I asked because I've seen 3 violations of shooting past sunset here in Hutchinson since I've been back from deer hunting yesterday afternoon. Looks like a call to the CO is in order.

Before you call maybe go down and make sure they aren't confused themselves. If it's actually an honest mistake on their part you could save them a ton of trouble
