Source for old Mossberg lever action 20 gauge clip?

My buddy is looking for a clip for an old gun, a lever action mossberg 20 ga. He tried all local gun shops but not sure how much he talked to the guys at the counter about where else to try. Any ideas for this old shotgun part?

I think his best bet is a place called Havlin sales. Other than that, gun shows can be hit and miss - seems like someone has a table of old gun parts at the shows.

gun shows are going to be your best bet, I've looked everywhere for stuff like this, there are huge piles of them right next to all the missing socks.

is it a lever action or bolt action? I would love a lever action 20 ga. for deer hunting and grouse hunting

Yep, its a lever action, with a hammer I guess. I have not seen it. It should be at least 50 years old (he is 45 and his Dad gave it to him at about 9 years old, and he said it was older than heck even way back then), but I don't have the model number.
