I cut the breast into bite-size pieces and saute it in olive oil with some fresh garlic, basil and oregano. When the bird is browned nicely, I add a splash of white wine or chicken broth, cream and fresh parmeson. Stir til it's thickened to your liking and serve over your favorite pasta or wild rice. Jackpine Rob Posted October 18, 2010 Share Posted October 18, 2010 I had some leftover chicken and pheasant in freezer bags, and decided to make fettucine while we were out winter camping/lake trout fishing last year.The boys dubbed it "Phricken Fettucine", and it was a huge hit.
