Well my 93 dodge dakota won't see 400,000 miles; ended up with 395,000 miles. It was involved in an accident. Stepdaughter t-boned another car that ran a stop sign. Luckily she is ok. Won't be able to see truck until Monday to see the condition of it, but I don't think it can be saved. Sad thing is I put new tires on this past spring and just filled up the gas tank, that's 21 gallons of gas.

Thats a bummer to loose a good truck like that but at least your Granddaughter is ok.

Im rebuilding a 91 right now that had 300k before the transmission finally popped. They are pretty tough trucks considering.

I heard from the insurance and they will give me $850.00. Won't give anything for my tires because they have 10,000 miles on them. I bought these in Februrary. I asked if I could take them and they said as long as I put on some other tires so the vehicle can be moved. That isn't going to happen so I am sol. I even asked for half the cost and they said no.
