Del, it's all the other stuff on the tube that we would miss also. Like all the storm hype the weather folks give you. We would go nuts just staring at a radar screen with nothing else to watch.

You can listen to scanners on line. You can even watch tv online. When there is an emergency here in Rochester the weather radio goes live with the emergency folks.

But, hey, I have cable here, and Dish at the cabin. Local weather would be nice but local TV does a pretty good job when combined with the computer.

The local TV stations will give you all the weather hysteria you can handle. Or at least that I can handle.
