Matt C
Maybe I am a bone head...I could have swore it didn't happen before in my rig till a few weeks ago. When I fire up the big motor my HDS on the council reboots, is there a bad connection somewhere? She is not plugged into an ACC. button, just straight to the big motors battery with an inline fuse.Should I connect it to one of my open ACC switches? Thanks! Ralph Wiggum
Likely time for a new battery.
Matt C
Ya know, thats one thing I was considering, she seems to be starting harder as well. But the crappy issue there is, the boats only a year old...maybe my battery is still under warranty.
PerchJerker
Get your battery load tested, but I agree -- probably time for a new battery. The units shut off to protect them when the voltage drops.
Matt C
Thanks guys!I called my dealer, they are interstate batteries and still under warranty, so I am bringing in all 3 (trollers included) to have em all swapped out.
PerchJerker
That is a SWEET deal if they are going to just replace all 3 of your batteries for free. Wow.
Northlander
Mine was just a loose connection.
