matchset
i went to check two of my baits after work this evening; to find the goat trail to them is now an improved road for semi's.... guess they are beginning to log within 400yds of my primary bait... will this effect the bear activity? cherokee
I'm afraid it will but it depends on where the bear is coming from and how much activity there will be in the future. Bad timing.

charliepete
I've got a bait I call "Logger's Revege". I set it out one weekend and they clear cut all around it the next one. It didn't seem to slow the bears down as it continued to hit, but we never did end up taking a bear off it that year. I suppose I'd just continue to watch it and see what happens.
