Guest
Anyone out there know of a good place to find an old used canoe? I'm looking for the cheapest canoe I can find that is still seaworthy. I would prefer aluminum but anything will do.thanks
Wave Runner
Aarcee Rental in Minneapolis sells some of their used rental canoes each year. They're in hte phone book...
Steve Foss
T:Don't know where you live, but a canoe rental place is your best bet, as mentioned. Even up here in Ely, where Kevlar seems to rule, I see lots of aluminum canoes used at outfitters, so they are still common and likely some businesses wouldn't mind getting rid of some of their older models.
