Channel Catfish - Good: Use chubs or other bait along boat docks, brush piles, or near the Trapper's Bay Bridge. White Bass - Fair: Troll the basin with crankbaits.

Walleye - Fair: A few fish are being caught drifting spinner rigs tipped with a crawler or trolling crankbaits at sunrise or sunset.

Walleye - Fair: A few fish have been caught from shore while wading at sunset with twister tails or shallow diving crankbaits.

Ice depths vary from 3 to 7 inches. Not much angling activity yet. As the early ice season progresses Silver Lake can be good for yellow perch and northern pike.
