Chinese Sauce for Duck

Does anyone know how they make duck at some Chinese restaurant

It appears to be chunked into pieces.

The duck is very tender and the sauce that it comes in is thick, dark brown and

sweet. This sauce is to die for.

Any ideas on how they get the duck so tender?

Purchase yourself a couple fat, farm raised ducks fresh off the farm and then google chinese duck recipes, peking duck and / or chinese duck sauce. Should get you very close. I assume the duck is prepared/seared at high heat in a wok and then the sauce is added toward the end. That does sound good.
