Small Mouth Lake

Grew up in MN fishing the BWCA but have been gone (moved to GA) for 20 years. Want to bring my son up there for some smallmouth action in mid June. Want lots of action, not nessesarily size. Also would be good if the lake had a few good northerns too. Would like boat/cabin/resort facilities. I have a very short window and do not want to complicate things with camping this time, just a ton of fishing. Any suggestions on locations and quality facilities will be greatly appriciated.

Budget is open. I have app 4 days to fish. Can bring mine but it is a 20ft bass boat, so would be causious of larger lakes.

Two guys in a boat, fishing all day can catch a 100 a day and they average over
12" with many over 16"."
!8 to 20" fish are common and 6 and 7lb
fish are possible any time of the year.

rates.

I went there for the walleye opener and all I caught were the biggest smallies I'd ever seen.
