great bowfishing in Bloomington "now" 7-3

hey guys I dont bowfish but I'll pass on a great spot,,,this mourning sat 7-3,,,took the dog down to Minnesota river right at the Bloomington ferry bridge,,,if you cross over the river on foot bridge and proceed down to where 169 bridge goes over,,the river is flooded over sidewalk water is about 8-10 inches deep,,,the carp abd other fish are swimming right over sidewalk from the slough to the river like salmon swimming up river,,my lab was having a blast chasing the carp on the sidewalk,,,dont get confused if yo go down there its flooded the path/sidewalk in a couple places so you have to go to the area thats just east of 169 bridge overhead you will know it because its faster water there and you will probably see the fish swimming they look like torpedos shooting across the sidewalk,,,beter bring something to sharpen arrows if you miss you will hit concrete,,,have fun
