Jason Boser
I would stick with 6 lb trilene xl Its a good all around fishing lineJason------------------fishing fever guide servicefishingminnesota.com/fishingfever/phone 218-327-2191e-mail boser@grandrapidsmn.com
Guest
how ya doing Stick!...guess since most of my fishing is done with ultra-light...I use 4#-6# line (6# primarily-mostly berkly"s)...northerns can sure tear up my little rigs but then again I usually not targeting northerns(mainly crappies and walleye's)...I still have a medium rod rigged up with 8#-10# line at the ready if and when that time is needed(for the larger pike thing)...I usually have 3-4 rods with me each time I go out each rigged differently...ready for any fishing situation....surprising how big a fish a guy can land on that little ultra-light tackle...found that the 6# line will handle just about any average fish swimming in these waters...jon
Chev_trucks501
I will second the 6# Trilene XL. It is a great line for almost all things. Good Luck Chev
