posting question

When I post on this site I must enter username and password each time I enter the forum. On W/C I just click on the "post" icon and i'm good to go! Is there something I can do here so I don't need the username and password each time?

Sure seems like alot of extra effort. I know there has been times I haven't posted because I didn't feel like going through the hassel.

Just click on the area you type your name and you should see your name there. When windows asks if you'd like to remember your password click yes.

Try using netscape 7.2 It remembers passwords for different sites using it's password manager. all I have to do is go to post reply and it automatically fills in my username and password. just fyi.

just a note on the windows saving passwords. If you disable that feature it will not ask you to save passwords.

If you are using a PC at work, it is not a good idea to have your passwords saved on a PC, someone else will have access to your usernames and passwords. That is the reasoning for being able to turn that feature off, and the reason that I do. Then I could just be a little paranoid

Just Click the "Preferences" link above this topic.

Where it says:
"Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year (otherwise you will have to type your username and password once per browser session)"

Click Yes and submit.
