Up coming weekend

We will be out riding with the Prairie Wind Riders (Triker group) this weekend and camping out in Wabasha. We will have our tent and I am thinking that we are gonna get pretty wet! What can ya do... it's been planned for a year now! Will hang out in some ones toy hauler and play cards I guess. Take care and N Joy the Ride././Jimbo

I hope to have the Connie back for this weekend. It's been out of commission for the past 3 weeks waiting for my stupid tires to arrive.

LEP7MM...3 week wait for tires? Wow, I usually get mine same day at DK. (I drive up there and pick them up) Is the wait at the install shop or the tire delivery? What make/model tire you putting on the Connie? I have an FJR and just put Avon Storm ST's on it. Anyways, I leave this Friday for a four day trip to the UP of Michigan with the SCRC group. Looking forward to it.

I put Pirelli Angels on since the Diablo Stradas are discontinued. Thus the wait. I found out after the fact the Stradas were discontinued. It took 10 days for the warehouse to ship them out and found out that they took it upon themselves to ship a totally different model for the rear than what I ordered. Overall it was one big cluster.

I let my feelings about it be known and the dealership came through. But a lesson to be learned, I will now order my tires far ahead of schedule so I have them before I need them.
