Lowrance Transducer

JigsawedEyes

Question

I needed a new transducer and got one at Gander which they said was for it and it looked the same with blue connector and says on the outside for all 2003 and newer Lowrance depth finders. I hooked it up and when I was about to plug it in I noticed it has 5 pins and my old one is 7 pins to connect to the depth finder. Think it will work?

Most likely it will, the gray and blue twist connect generally swap if a power cord is not involved/required.

The only possibility is it may not be a duel beam capable ducer. Very hard to say not knowing what unit you have, what ducer you purchased, or if that was the one your replacing or not.

You can easily look it up on the Lowrance / LEI site to be sure.
