Two Questions

I made, well copied, the state record fish list and want to catch one of every fish on it.

Can i target tiger trout? Or is just by luck? My plan would be to look for a place where brooks and browns are together and hope.

Are there kokanee salmon left in MN? Or are there just the three species in superior.

SE minnesota is your best bet on tiger trout, but they aren't that common. As far as I know, kokanee salmon are nowhere to be found in minnesota anymore. Atlantic salmon haven't been stocked in superior in years, but that's not to say there isn't a couple swimming around in there...supposedly a few from huron sneak in.
