Boat lift repair - need a winch and wheel

If anyone knows of an boat lift around with a working 2000lb or better manual winch and big wheel, I'd pay some cash for it to get my small lift up and running again.

I have an old lift that I still use, but the frame is, well, getting beyond its usable lifetime I am trying to figure out how I am going to rig it to get it to work this year.

The wheel is good, I took it aprart last year and cleaned it and greased it, and it has a new cable on it (22' I think). I can take a pic of it this weekend and let you see if it might work. We can swap pics in email and see if it might work. c-box at comcast. net

It is in Brainerd area right now.
